We were able to find an actual copy of some of the legal documents from the Proflowers/Easysaver lawsuit,

It certainly is an interesting read, even if you don’t make it all the way though the document. The document lists the addresses of those invloved (like the attorneys that filed it http://www.hpolaw.com/ ) .
Based on the specifications it looks like they are going after everything short of a civil RICO action, hopefully the customers that were involved with this will get more than just a discount coupon.
